Orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Parcel, Recorded Delivery or Courier depending on weight of order.
Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £150. Shipping cost of orders to other countries will be charges at cost. The below shipping charges are effective from 2 April 2013.

Once payment is received, we will do our best to ship your order within 2 working days. However due to the nature of our business there may be extended lead times for certain items. We will always notify you as soon as we are able of any delays in shipping any order placed.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address which you specify. However, the time for delivery shall not be essential to the contract between us. If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered we reserve the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortage, damage or fault as soon as is reasonably possible.
